Our company is devoted to produce circular saw blades with metal hardfacing so as to process wood, chip, plastic material, not ferrous light alloy (aluminium, etc).

STEEL: The type of steel used for producing our blade bodies is the best
after a wide research on steel samples having, in fair proportion, all the
necessary and required technical characteristics (hardness, tenacity and
elasticity); all this together with excellent grinding, tension and
straightening so as to obtain a perfect reliability of the saw blade.
HARD METAL: The hard metal is added to our circular saw blades by
means of braze welding together with copper foil as protection for the
plates so as to avoid breaking; besides being best quality metal, it is
chosen for each type of saw blade according to suitable hardness so as to
obtain peak efficiency.

USEFUL INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING TOOLS CORRECTLY SO AS TO OBTAIN PEAK EFFICIENCY

1) Choosing circular saw blades having suitable characteristics to carry out the required operation.

2) Flanges gripping the circular saw blade shall be 1/3 its diameter.

3) Scouring off possible resinous deposit on the circular saw blade.

4) Exploiting circular saw blades by means of worn teeth needing regrinding as little as possible.

5) Regrinding shall be carried out by means of suitable diamond wheels and by upsetting on the correct original teeth.

6) The most advisable thing is not to use tool over the number of revolutions allowed (see table).
